We stand behind the quality of everything we offer. If you experience a genuine issue with a purchase, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
All courses and mentorship programs offered through Simply Royal Tax Academy are digital educational products. Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate access to course materials.
All digital downloads — including SOPs, templates, checklists, toolkits, WISP templates, and guides — are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
If you purchased a digital product and have not yet downloaded it, you may contact us within 24 hours to request a refund.
Simply Royal Tax Academy offers both one-time and recurring subscription community memberships.
Software licensing and service bureau enrollment fees through Royalty Tax Pro are subject to their own enrollment agreements. Please review the terms provided at the time of software enrollment. Generally, software access fees are non-refundable once credentials have been issued.
We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each situation individually and respond with compassion and fairness.
Simply Royal Tax Academy reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access to Simply Royal Tax Academy products and communities.
