Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any course, digital product, or membership from Simply Royal Tax Academy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Simply Royal Tax Academy — a brand of Simply Royal Tax Services LLC — offers digital educational products, online courses, mentorship programs, community memberships, and software access. Due to the nature of digital and immediately accessible content, all sales are generally considered final.

We stand behind the quality of everything we offer. If you experience a genuine issue with a purchase, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

2. Course & Mentorship Programs

All courses and mentorship programs offered through Simply Royal Tax Academy are digital educational products. Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate access to course materials.

  • Refunds are not available once course access has been granted and materials have been viewed or downloaded.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
  • If you enroll and have not accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted after 72 hours of purchase will not be honored.

3. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

All digital downloads — including SOPs, templates, checklists, toolkits, WISP templates, and guides — are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

If you purchased a digital product and have not yet downloaded it, you may contact us within 24 hours to request a refund.

4. Community Memberships

Simply Royal Tax Academy offers both one-time and recurring subscription community memberships.

  • One-time community membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Monthly subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
  • If you were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve promptly.

5. Software & Service Bureau Access

Software licensing and service bureau enrollment fees through Royalty Tax Pro are subject to their own enrollment agreements. Please review the terms provided at the time of software enrollment. Generally, software access fees are non-refundable once credentials have been issued.

6. Exceptions & Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each situation individually and respond with compassion and fairness.

Simply Royal Tax Academy reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us using the information below. Please include:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • The product or program purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access to Simply Royal Tax Academy products and communities.

9. Policy Updates

Simply Royal Tax Academy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products and services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
